Tonight I made one of the most delicious meals I have ever made.  Seriously.  Unfortunately, I cannot claim the recipe as my own, I got it over from How Sweet It Is.  I made her roasted butternut squash and sweet potato lasagna.   You need it in your life.   I have an annoying habit of asking Max after every new recipe I make to rate the dish on a scale of 1 to 10.  He of course is not helpful because everything is rated either an 8, 9 or 10.  He did however rate this dish as a 10, or maybe that was because we have only been eating this the past few nights:

BUT I knew this recipe was definitively a keeper when he did his ‘I  love this and never want to stop eating this’ move.  What is this secret move you ask?  It’s when he dances and sings the entire time he is eating the meal.  Literally, the entire dinner he dances while eating and sings a song he makes up about the food.  That happened tonight which means we were on the same page about this dish.

Go make it, now.  And of course, a picture of me in my new B.I.C. band!

Aren’t I beautiful?

That’s all the nonsense I have for now!
