Exhausted. In a Good Way.

Do you see that? 9:39pm. I just got back from the gym. That’s 11:39 my time.

Exhausted. Do you ever workout super late?? That’s all the nonsense I have for now!

Ps. Sorry for the lack of post I’ve been so busy! Know that I miss you!

    I can never motivate myself to work out late at night, I’m worthless after 9 p.m.!

    I have some weird mental block about working out after dinner. But I did it last night and it wasn’t too bad. Better than sitting on the couch!

    And I miss you! When I work out late I have trouble sleeping. And, consequentially getting up in the morning.

    I actually love working out right before bed cause I fall right asleep…just not that late!
